THE CONSTITUTION OF THE GORG WEBSITE
Preamble
We, the creators of this website, in order to establish maximum humor, preserve the dignity of Gorg (legally known as George), and ensure the continued production of elite content, do hereby establish this binding Constitution.
Article I – Definitions
Section 1. “Gorg” refers exclusively to the individual legally known as George.
Section 2. “Content” includes all images, videos, edits, audio, and any form of media present on the website.
Section 3. “Use” includes editing, uploading, sharing, modifying, or displaying Gorg’s likeness in any form.
Section 4. “Consent” means clear, voluntary, and ongoing permission from Gorg.
Article II – Consent Authority
Section 1. All use of Gorg’s likeness requires valid consent.
Section 2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason.
Section 3. Upon withdrawal, all related content must be removed immediately, including copies, reposts, and edits derived from it.
Section 4. Removal must be complete and without delay.
Article III – Purpose
Section 1. All content must exist strictly for humor and entertainment.
Section 2. Content that causes genuine harm, distress, or discomfort to Gorg is not permitted.
Section 3. The judgment of Gorg regarding what is acceptable is final.
Article IV – Content Standards
Section 1. All content must remain respectful, lighthearted, and appropriate.
Section 2. The following are strictly prohibited:
Hate speech or offensive material
Explicit or inappropriate content
Misleading or harmful representations
Any content reasonably considered disrespectful to Gorg
Section 3. Content that does not clearly meet these standards will be removed.
Article V – The Gorg Standard
Section 1. All content must meet a minimum level of creativity and humor.
Section 2. Content may be removed if it is low-effort, repetitive, or lacks originality.
Section 3. Final determination of quality is made by site authorities.
Article VI – Video Content
Section 1. Videos are recognized as official content under this Constitution.
Section 2. All video content must:
Include Gorg’s likeness in a meaningful way
Maintain reasonable visual and audio quality
Follow all content standards outlined in this Constitution
Section 3. Videos must not portray Gorg in a harmful, misleading, or serious negative context.
Section 4. Any video that fails to meet these standards will be removed.
Article VII – Lost Media Preservation (Gorg Archive Directive)
Section 1. Any previously created Gorg content that has been lost, deleted, corrupted, or made inaccessible shall be considered “Lost Gorg Media.”
Section 2. Any individual who possesses or discovers Lost Gorg Media is required to submit it to the website creators for preservation.
Section 3. Submitted media will be reviewed and, if approved, added to the official Gorg Archive or Museum.
Section 4. Altering, withholding, or privately retaining significant Lost Gorg Media without submission is discouraged.
Section 5. Preservation of Gorg history is considered a high priority under this Constitution.
Article VIII – Authority
Section 1. The creator(s) of the website hold full authority over all content and decisions.
Section 2. Decisions regarding approval, removal, or modification of content are final and do not require explanation.
Section 3. All users and contributors must comply with decisions without exception.
Article IX – Enforcement and Removal
Section 1. Content may be removed at any time, for any reason, as determined by site authorities.
Section 2. Removal decisions are immediate and final.
Section 3. No appeals, disputes, or challenges are required to be reviewed.
Section 4. Enforcement applies universally to all users and content.
Article X – Contributor Status
Section 1. Permission to submit or contribute content is a privilege granted by the website creators.
Section 2. Contributor status may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Section 3. Loss of contributor status results in immediate restriction from further submissions.
Article XI – Pardon Power
Section 1. The creator(s) hold the exclusive right to pardon any content, contributor, or action that would otherwise violate this Constitution.
Section 2. A pardon may override any previous enforcement, removal, or restriction decisions.
Section 3. Pardons are permanent unless explicitly revoked by the creator(s).
Section 4. Declaring a pardon is final and requires no explanation to anyone.
Article XII – General Authority Clause
Section 1. Any situation not explicitly covered by this Constitution shall be decided by the website creators.
Section 2. Decisions will be based on the intent of the content and its impact on Gorg and the website.
Section 3. All such decisions are final and binding.
Article XIII – Amendments
This Constitution may be updated at any time to improve the quality, safety, and operation of the website.
Article XIV – Final Clause
This website exists for humor, respect, creativity, and the preservation of Gorg history.
If these principles are not upheld, the content does not belong here.
